Back in 2003 the internet had only been in use for 10 years. Many creative musicians were looking for ways of reaching more people and making a living in the ever expanding new world that lay behind the monitor.

Dan told me he milled using the vibrations of the Tidemill - I was intrigued and so went with a spectrum analyser to see if I could measure what the vibrations were!

Moving to East Anglia and the historical town of Woodbridge on the Deben estuary inspired me even further.

There is a light just before sunset that I call the Suffolk pink. There was a pentatonic melody hidden there—a sound from the earth only heard when you slow time down.
